I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Tennessee (License # 2001). My bachelor’s degree is in Psychology with a minor in Behavioral Sciences from Trevecca Nazarene University. I also received my masters of Marriage & Family Counseling/Therapy from TNU. I am a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and am EMDR trained. I provide trauma and eating disorder informed therapy!

My treatment specialties are the following:

Individuals - anxiety related issues, eating disorders, trauma, complex grief, and spiritual issues

Couples - premarital, marital crisis, and marital health

Families - dyad work between parent and teen or parent and young adult

When not at work, you will find me with my sweet husband and pup! I also love to be outdoors or grab coffee with friends and family on my off days. Trying new things is always exciting and life giving to me! I prefer coffee, but I am trying to prefer tea more.

Fun facts: I love Harry Potter and Wonder Woman. Some of my go to shows are The Office, New Girl, and The Last Kingdom. I hate roller coasters. I love getting lost in a gripping book! I grew up in the country. I really am a plant lady. I love being on or near any body of water. Watercoloring is a new found favorite pass time!
